Salon Covid Guidelines


48 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR MOVE APPOINTMENTS

You MUST arrive 10 mins prior to appointment and to please wait in your car and call upon arrival.

Please know that we ask not to hug our staff members, and please arrive with freshly washed dry hair. This ensures that our staff is safe from anything that you have possibly come in contact with prior to appointment.

The front door will be locked, and we ask you to wait until we come and let you into the building.  If we do not answer the phone, please leave us a message and wait for our call to enter the building.

FAILURE TO ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME, WE WILL CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE YOU AT A LATER DATE.

At this time, our cut prices have increased on bassline services to cover PPE costs and extended times on corrective and balayage services. We are doing this to cover additional sanitation that is now required to keep yourselves and our staff safe. (any additional colour products will also be charged accordingly. Our 10% rebook program will no longer be running at this time .

We are only accepting debit and credit and etransfer payments .

You MUST wear a mask ** around the ear style only**

If you do not have one, we do have disposable for a charge of $2.00 which will be added onto your bill.

We ask that you only bring your form of payment and keys into the building, as those can also be sanitized upon arrival. 

NO CELL PHONES PURSES OR FOOD /DRINKS ETC ARE ALLOWED AT THIS TIME FOR SANITIZATION REASONS.

If you need to use the washroom during your appointment please let your stylist know and they will be able to advise you whether or not it is sanitized and open for you to use.

We will no longer be able to accommodate friends, children, infants, or secondary parties into the building with your appointment. We do apologize for this, but with social distancing we do not have the space.
We will also not be servicing children at this time due to our one guest limit and do not feel comfortable with parents not in accompaniment, and the child’s liability of keeping a mask on

If you have ‘inspiration’ photos, please respond to this email with them so we can be prepared for you at the time of your appointment!

We know that there is a lot of uncertainty in this time, we are doing everything within our power to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone in our building. We are so excited and happy to be back and cannot wait to have you in the chair.
Any rude behaviour will not be tolerated. Everyone is trying to do the best they can with in these stressful times so rude and negative behavior will not be allowed or tolerated and will end with a refusal of your service.
